Good Game League has pretty usual format – Group stage and Playoffs.
The group stage consists of two double-elimination groups, each of them having 4 teams who battle for the highest spot in the groups. The two best-ranked teams within each group gets to advance to Playoffs.
Opening and Winners’ matches are BO1 while elimination and deciders are BO3.
The playoffs are played in a single-elimination bracket format, where teams cant lose if they want to get to the finals. All the matches are BO3 series including the final.
Sometimes the organizer will test out new concepts and formats. Therefore always check the tournament page if you would like to study a specific tournament.

Despite being here for a short period, they have been able to put together a couple of amazing events that will serve as a base for their future endeavors.
Good Game League's first event
Good Game League 2017 took place on the 24th and 25th of June 2017, in the city of Poznan, Poland. It was held at the INEA Stadion, where many hopeful polish fans were waiting for exciting matches to be played.
10 teams went at it to determine who would be the champion at the end of the tournament. The prize pool was $2,100 USD, which was telling of the humble beginnings of this now well-established organization. But it was more than enough to get the league rolling, and led to a huge increase during the next tournaments.
After two days of fun and excitement, the championship went to team Pompa Team Yellow. They were able to beat Venatores in the finals and win the Good Game League 2017.
