FaZe Clan is an organization based in America focused on esports and entertainment and was started by a gaming clan on Youtube platform way back in 2010. They were initially a sniping team making sniping videos, similar to another organization OpTic Gaming.

FaZe Clan and its members have a massive amount of followers on social media, including Youtube, Twitter, Twitch, and Instagram. All their followers combined results to the biggest crowd of fans that no other esports organization can match.

The first game this team was passionate about was Call of Duty, they then switched their attention to FIFA, CS:GO and Fortnite as well.

The FaZe CS:GO team has recently joined the Counter-Strike world, being just three years into the European roster. For such a young team, they have managed to acquire some of the biggest stars from the CS:GO scene.

As of 2019, the team can be proud of their success as they claim the 5th spot in the world rankings. They still need to prove themselves by winning a Major Championship, but looking at their current form, it seems like they will definitely win in the future.

The first important achievement for this team happened in 2017, in the StarLadder i-League StarSeries Season 3. They won the S-Tier tournament by defeating famous Astralis in the finals.

The good charm started to follow them in the same year. They went on to take 2nd place in Esports Championship Series Season 3 – Finals, losing to SK Gamings.

In September of the same year, they dominated team Liquid in the finals of ESL One: New York 2017, capturing another 1st place on their resume.

They concluded the year 2017 with two more conquered tournaments.

October was ended with another win over Astralis, as they claimed the title at ELEAGUE CS:GO Premier 2017, establishing themselves as more than worthy of being called an elite team.

They closed the year by winning Esports Championship Series Season 4 – Finals by beating Mousesports, cementing 2017 as one of the best years in their history.

In 2018 they went on to repeat their previous success. They took part in four S-Tier tournaments and won three of them.

This year has been good for them as well, as they managed to win BLAST Pro Series: Miami 2019.
