What is Counter-Strike

Counter-Strike is a team-based first-person shooter, that is played competitively as an esports game.

It involves two teams of five players - the terrorists and the Counter-Terrorists, competing against each other over 30 possible rounds. After the first 15 rounds, the teams switch sides. The Terrorists objective is to plant a bomb, and the Counter-terrorists, on the other hand, have to defuse that bomb. Completing one of these objectives, or killing the entire enemy team results in winning one round, where the first team to win 16 rounds, wins the game/map.
